The Bistro next to the shop is an unconventional tasting room, where the tradition and culinary history of the Chianti region are combined with an extremely contemporary lifestyle. In this warm, relaxed atmosphere you can taste all our specialities and many others, in the picturesque setting of one of Italy’s most beautiful piazzas.
For appetizers and snacks we have a range of panini, mixed platters of cold cuts and cheeses, and the typical fettunte con l’olio novo (toasted bread with ‘new oil’).
For a tasty lunch, you can choose from Tuscan soups and a range of Butcher’s recipes. Not forgetting, of course, our meat treats, including a selection of raw meat dishes such as tartare and carpaccio, or expertly oven-cooked stews such as spezzatini, and so on. And, naturally, we also have a range of dishes for vegetarians.
Last but not least, finish up with our range of typical local sweets or our delicious gourmet gelati.
