The leanest type of cold cut, our bresaola has a typical deep red colour and soft, delicate flavour. Its meat is compact and almost totally fat-free, making it ideal for slimming diets.

Delicious served thinly sliced, dressed with oil, salt and lemon and topped with parmesan flakes and rocket. For a more refined variation try it with fresh champignon mushrooms.
