Our Lardo is aged in special tanks, seasoned with chopped Mediterranean herbs and spices and ground into a dense and velvety cream, fragrant and full of flavour.

Ideal for flavouring dishes and roasts, and excellent also added to burgers. Try it spread on toasted bread with a sprinkling of orange peel twists
